Maintenance Services

We offer a menu of maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that will ensure you have a fit for the purpose level of service. All support maintenances are in terms of the number of hours covered in a day (24), the number of days in the week covered (7), and the maximum numbers of hours for any support case.

Our support maintenance includes:

SecureCare CRITICAL
  24 x 7 x 4 service provided seven days a week including public holiday
SecureCare URGENT
  8 x 5 x 4 service provided 8 hours a day five days a week excluding public holidays
SecureCare SELECT
  8 x 5 x NBD service provided on a next business day basis, excluding public holidays
